We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Please notify us within 10 days of your visit if you are unhappy with your service. Retail products may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Styling with chemical services are done ala carte. A $25.00 service charge is charged for all returned checks. Bridal parties of 4 or more require a deposit and is non-refundable without 1 weeks notice of cancellation.
Gratuities – Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. All prices are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, check, and cash.
