Once we receive this completed form, we will e-mail you a price estimate within 7 business days. Prices quoted are approximate and may vary based upon level of stylist, hair length and density. Additional charges may apply for eyelash application, add-in hair pieces for up-styles (if needed), and if stylists are asked to be brought in during off time to accommodate timing requests or to travel on location.

*A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required at time of booking to hold the date. The whole deposit will be applied towards services. Please be advised, a bridal party of four or more requires a 50% deposit due 30 days prior to the event date, which is non-refundable without a one week notice of cancellation. Deposits can be made in the form of cash, check, credit or debit/check card. We can not accept any additional payment prior to the event date.
